Watch: Divided By Friday Cover “My Girl”

Each week you can vote for the song you want Divided By Friday’s Jose Villanueva to cover. This week’s winner was the Motown classic “My Girl” by The Temptations.

The acapella version sounds like Villanueva is standing before the judges on one of those singing competition shows. Take your pick, there’s like 45 of them now. Anyway, he belts out the song in a manner that would likely garner him a spot on Team Blake. Yes, that’s the best of the shows and that’s the team you need to be on to win.

Divided By Friday are currently working on the follow up to last year’s Prove It EP. They’re also looking to play your house in the fall. Check out their Facebook for info on that.
