‘Now You See Me’ Sequel In The Works

Who would’ve guessed that a movie about magicians doing heists would do so well that it’d garner a follow up? No one, no one would’ve guessed. Alas this summer’s surprise money maker Now You See Me has a sequel in the works.

The movie opened up in the US back in May and in the UK just last month. It’s already banked $255 million around the world, and is estimated to rake in $20 million more by the time it exits theaters. No wonder they’re going for a part 2 –especially when they made the original for only $75 million.

There’s no word on if the entire cast will be back, but it’s likely you’ll see the ever so awkward Jesse Eisenberg alongside his Zombieland partner Woody Harrelson, as well as Mark Ruffalo, Michael Caine, Isla Fisher and Morgan Freeman.

Where would the sequel take the gang? To pull of acts even greater than in the first? We’ll just have to wait and see.
