Jack White To Release ‘Lazaretto’ June 10, Streams New Song

Jack White will spend much of 2014 playing major festivals around the country, but big shows aren’t his only plans for the summer. The former White Stripes frontman will release his second solo record, titled Lazaretto, on June 10.

The first official single from the album will be revealed later this month, but for now, you can stream an instrumental song from Lazaretto called “High Ball Stepper” after the break. White’s characteristically crunchy guitar riffs are complimented by short piano breaks and a stomping, bluesy rhythm.

Lazaretto will be released on Columbia Records and White’s own Third Man Records. Third Man will release the album as part of its Vault Subscription. The package will include the only limited version of Lazaretto, as well an exclusive poster, demo EP, and other extras. Pre-order a copy right here.
