Handguns Pit “Heart Vs. Head” On New Song, ‘Life Lessons’ Out July 8

Despite a tumultuous past plagued with van troubles and lineup changes, Handguns have managed to consistently pump out solid pop punk songs with relatable lyrics and catchy choruses. “Heart Vs. Head,” the first taste of new music from the group since 2012’s Angst, couples those familiar features with the most aggressive guitar tones and driving bass lines in the Handguns discography. “Heart Vs. Head” will appear on Handguns’ sophomore full-length, Life Lessons, due out July 8 on Pure Noise Records. Pre-orders aren’t available yet, but the single can be purchased on iTunes, and the album artwork and tracklist can be found below.
