Hear Two Songs From A New Band That Might Feature Ryan Rockwell Of Mixtapes

Here at UTG, we post a lot of new music for you to check out, but rarely do we stream a song without so much as a band name or track title attached to it. This is an exception, since the band in question seems to feature none other than Ryan Rockwell, one of the vocalists in Ohio pop punk act Mixtapes.

The two new songs, which you can stream after the break, are almost certainly helmed by Rockwell, whose voice should be unmistakable to anyone who has been following Mixtapes’ career. In fact, these could easily be new Mixtapes tracks – the Lit-esque guitar riff in the first song is right up their alley – but for the lack of Maura Weaver’s voice. Regardless, we’re excited for whatever comes of the songs.
