Dinosaur Jr.‘s frontman, J Mascis shared a whole lot of news with the world today. His new full-length will arrive on August 26 via Sub Pop and is titled Tied To A Star.

The follow-up to 2011’s Several Shades of Why will feature Cat Power, Mark Mulcahy, Paul Jenkins (of Black Heart Procession), and Ken Maiuri (of the Young@Heart Chorus).

Mascis has released a song from the LP titled “Every Morning.” Additionally, there’s a very lighthearted trailer for the album called “Just J.” You can watch both of those below.
