Sam Smith continues his chart takeover with this new video for “I’m Not the Only One,” the newest single off of his debut album In The Lonely Hour. Earlier in the summer, Smith made history by selling more copies in his first week than any other male British artist ever.
Smith has made it well known that the album chronicles a relationship with a boy that he loved and who didn’t love him back. The music video for “I’m Not the Only One” puts the song in a new light, following Glee‘s Diana Agron as a lonely housewife who exacts revenge on her cheating husband. The video, which has an artful balance of light and dark and some beautiful shots was directed by Luke Monaghan. Monaghan also shot the video for “Leave Your Lover,” which stars Smith’s bestie Daisy Lowe.
