Beach Slang Stream New Song “Dirty Cigarettes”

Philadelphia’s new wave of punk rockers Beach Slang are ready to release their highly anticipated EP, Cheap Thrills On A Dead End Street, via Tiny Engines. In anticipation of the release, the band has released their third song off the EP called “Dirty Cigarettes,” which premiered on NPR today.

The track is filled with echoed guitars that make it sound like an early ’90s alternative band. This thought comes to mind since the band has been compared to Goo Goo Dolls lately. However, there is a different type of aggression with this band since all three members are/have been in punk bands outside of the Beach Slang.

Check out the song below after the jump and be sure to pre-order the EP right here.
