Australian pop-punk/melodic hardcore wunderkinds Trophy Eyes have unveiled yet another track from their upcoming Hopeless Records debut full-length, Mend, Move On.
The track “White Curtains” is an absolute banger that packs a rather weighty emotional punch over its 3:03 running time as the band’s unique brand of pop-punk infused melodic-hardcore provides the perfect backdrop for vocalist John Floreani‘s desperate delivery as he recounts a deeply personal manner with unashamed honesty. The result is a track that has you feeling every syllable of his impassioned refrains as he screams “Torn between, being a child my whole life, or the man that you need.”
“White Curtains” is streaming via AltPress now and a lyric video can be found below.
Mend On, Move On will be released in Australian on October 31 via UNFD and in the USA on November 4 via Hopeless Records.
The band will be touring Australia in support of the album in November and a full list of dates and ticketing details can be found on the band’s Facebook.
