Foo Fighters have released an exciting new trailer for their upcoming HBO series Sonic Highways, which documents the process of writing and recording their upcoming album of the same name. The trailer highlights some of the places that the band visited while working on the project, some of the artists they spoke with, and most importantly previews of two new songs from Sonic Highways, the album.

This Thursday, October 16, at 10am central, Foo Fighters will debut “Something From Nothing,” the first track off Sonic Highways. Want more? Tune into Late Show with David Letterman tonight as Foo Fighters begin a week of live performances at the legendary Ed Sullivan Theater, performing songs that inspired their upcoming album.

Sonic Highways arrives on RCA Records November 10. In the meantime, check out the new trailer for the HBO series below, which begins this Friday, October 17.
