Brent Walsh (I The Mighty) Releases Debut Single From Solo Album

Brent Walsh, vocalist of post-harcore band I The Mighty, finally made his Equal Vision debut as a solo artist with the first track off his upcoming album, 7. Walsh has spent many years between ventures with I The Mighty writing and recording his personal sound, and has mentioned that the upcoming album will feature an eclectic mix of genres and sounds.

This evening, Equal Vision Blog posted the official music video for “Free,” the first taste of Walsh’s record. The blog post goes on to explain the meaning behind the song, and provide pre-order information for 7, which arrives via Equal Vision Records on November 10.
