Los Angeles based rock outfit Monarchs, featuring Michael Gallacher (ex-Black Tie Affair), Sean Jordon (ex-Good Knives), and Jarrod Alexander (ex- Death By Stereo, ex-Dead Country), have finally released their debut EP. Entitled Citizens, the record is best summed up as sixteen minutes worth of infectious rock that finds each member playing up their talents to create a truly catchy product.
