Funeral For A Friend are gearing up to release a new record next week, on January 19, and they’ve released a music video for “Pencil Pusher” as one final push before you can hear the whole thing.
According to Funeral For A Friend frontman Matt Davies, “Pencil Pusher” is “a song about frustration, about letting the little things get to you, building gradually over time before you explode in a hail of fury and fire and blood.” The music video reflects this interpretation, showing the effects of working a tedious job with a boring routine.
Chapter and Verse is out next week, and you can still pre-order it through the band’s PledgeMusic campaign. You can watch “Pencil Pusher” below.
