With a fresh release of his fourth solo full-length album, Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper, Panda Bear has made some tour announcements, and to start all that off, he took his live act to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and performed his song “Boys Latin” off the new record.

Regardless of how you feel about the idea of his live performance, one very exciting thing about it is that you’re able to distinguish lyrical content in his songs much better than off the record. And with his trippy visuals, the idea of a “dark cloud descending again and a shadow moves in the darkness” really helps give context to what he’s trying to portray with his message.
