Microwave, known in some circles as the best band you’re not listening to, have released a new music video for the title track and opener of their phenomenal record Stovall over at Purevolume. You can check it out there, or watch it below.

I discovered Stovall a few weeks ago and I’ve been slowly falling more and more in love with it with each listen. This band takes the best qualities of early Taking Back Sunday, All Get Out, Mansions, and a hint of Manchester Orchestra in the vocal inflections (must be a Georgia thing), and creates a unique and special sound. With every listen, I find myself replaying songs in the middle of the record because I need to hear a certain chorus or melody again before I want to continue forward.

Check out “Stovall” below and pre-order the first physical release of the album via Antique Records. I hope they got rid of that severed head before those kids from the Better Call Saul pilot got to it.
