Michigan post-hardcore titans We Came As Romans have a long history of finding the perfect balance between heavy and soft. Recently, the group has been experimenting with a more stripped down sound, and today an acoustic version of one recent single found its way online.
We could argue the best WCAR tracks all day long, but everyone should be able to agree that “Hope” is one of the bigger songs in the band’s growing catalog. It’s the definitive anthem of the modern alternative scene, and presented here in acoustic form the lyrics have an even greater impact than before. You can stream the updated track, in full, below:
