Eminem’s Brother (Nate Kane) may get off easy

Nate Kane, better known to Eminem fans as his little brother Nate, has reportedly coped a plea deal which will help the twenty-three-year-old avoid temporary jail time while he awaits his next court date in which he will be sentenced for the drunk driving charges he faces.

Nathan Mathers agreed to plead guilty to operating while impaired and will face sentencing on August 26th. He will also have his drivers license revoked. He will likely be ordered to community service and mandatory alcohol screenings. Mathers attorney Cecil D. St. Pierre said his client is fitted with a GPS tether and has been alcohol free for almost three months “He’s abided by all (the court’s) orders up until this point,” St. Pierre said.
