Silverstein and Victory splitting ways?

According to THIS INTERVIEW from Alter The Press, Silverstein will be ending their relationship with Victory records, their home for nearly every release, in 2010:

ATP: Will the next record be on Victory Records?
PK: It will not.

ATP: Is there another label in the works already?
PK: Not yet, we are just finishing our turn with Victory, and moving on; we are just concerned with touring full time, like we always do. Next year, there will be some new stuff from us.
