Shortly after midnight pacific time, members of florida band We Are Defiance were munching down on the east coast famous burgers of the In-N-Out on the Sunset Strip. Their meal was ruined suddenly as a shootout occurred inside.One bullet traveled through the window of the burger joint, shattering glass that rained down on vocalist Brian Calzini. The singer took cover in the bathroom while the shooting occurred.

At this time, no details have been released on the cause of the shooting. No injuries have been reported and the band seems to be shaken, but ok. Below is a picture of a glass door shot out in the incident.
