Nearing the halfway point on his first headlining tour of 2012, Tyga drops the official video for his latest Careless World single.

Adding a few humorous elements to the usual Young Money video style of green screen based performances, “Faded” pairs Tyga with Lil Wayne for a club anthem destined to serve as the soundtrack to one night stands over the next 4-6 weeks. It’s as original and emotionally deep as a coy pond in Minnesota, but something tells me the track’s target audience won’t notice (at least not right away). As much as this single plays like a slow, underhand pitch down the middle, Tyga’s Young Money debut is actually pretty decent. If you need a hiphop soundtrack for the week, click here and pick up a copy of Careless World.
