British alternative rock outfit, We Are The Ocean, have released a new song entitled “The Road (Run for Miles)”. The track comes off the quartet’s forthcoming third album, Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow, which is due to drop on September 17 via Hassle Records. Give the song a listen after the jump.
We Are The Ocean’s Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow will be the group’s first release as a quartet. After two albums and some serious success, the band decided that they wanted to move away from the scream-sing dynamic. Screamer, Dan Brown, also wanted to remove himself from the spot-light. So, earlier this year, Brown took his leave from fronting the band and became the band’s full-time manager. The move freed up guitarist and clean vocalist, Alfie Scully, to take over fronting the quartet.
