Young Money Entertainment, the home of artists such as Lil Wayne and Drake, is back in court again over claims of wrongdoing from two (more) producers.
According to documentation, Producers Andrews “Drew” Correa and Marcos “Infamous” Rodriguez have both sued Lil Wayne and Young Money Entertainment separately over unpaid royalties. Correa was hired to Produce beats for one YM artist and had compositions appear on Carter III, Re-Birth, I’m Not a Human Being and Priceless. Rodriguez was also hired by the label, and had his work appear on Carter III, Re-Birth, We Are Young Money, Carter IV and Priceless.
Both men claim royalty payments for their works have stopped, and that YME refuses to pay them.
You can find additional details regarding the individual lawsuits, here.
Young Money Entertainment has yet to comment on either case. We will update you when more information becomes available.
