Dave Navarro, guitarist for alternative band Jane’s Addiction, runs his own internet radio show called Dark Matter. On it, he recently stated that when Jane’s has some time off, he’ll be working on two solo albums.

“I actually have two records that I plan on making simultaneously, completely different. They’re just two different musical styles. But I don’t have any, like, release date or any information like that,” he said.

It would be his first solo release since 2001’s Trust No One. Jane’s Addiction has no studio or tour plans lined up after this October, but there is a documentary in the works about the tour according to guitar company Epiphone’s website.
