Sum 41 Making New Record In 2013

Alternative rock band Sum 41 have been touring for the better part of 2012, and apparently have plans for making a new record. When asked what the band would do in 2013 plan, Deryck Whibley said “We’re going to do some more touring and then we want to take a break and make a new record.” You can read the full interview with AbsolutePunk here.

Their tour, like many other acts this year (Pedro the Lion, Finch, Taking Back Sunday, etc.) focused on the ten year mark of Does This Look Infected?.

The new album would be Sum 41’s first since 2011’s Screaming Bloody Murder.
