Meet Kingmaker.
Since their 2010 inception, this Illinois hardcore act has been working hard to revive the once great Chicago hardcore scene. They’re continuing to do this through the release of their Stay Asleep EP which we have the distinct pleasure of premiering for you here.
After plenty of touring, the destruction of multiple vans, and the loss of a several band members this fall, Kingmaker singed with an indie label called Black Voodoo. The band plans on printing Stay Asleep on wax through this label in January. For now, you can purchase a digital copy here and listen to the release in its entirety below.
