Late last week, the music community was turned on its head with the devastating news that after a decade of melting faces, The Chariot had decided to throw in the towel. Conversely, earlier today the group released the full list of dates for their farewell tour, which can be viewed in full after the jump.

The tour itself will kick off in Columbia, South Carolina on October 10, and impressively visit over 20 different venues before concluding in the band’s home state of Georgia on November 16. In addition, Glass Cloud, Rebuker, Birds In Row and To The Wind will also join in the fun for a majority of the trek.

Staying true to their fiercely devoted fanbase,the group issued this sincere statement with the announcement of their break-up:

“Thank you. To everyone on this planet Earth that was ever supported us, helped us, watched us, hung out with us, given us a place to stay, given food, prayed over us, loaned us equipment, advised us, booked us, or given us a chance, no matter how big or small…we are forever grateful.”
