STREAM: Trophy Scars – “Hagiophobia”

To follow up our exclusive stream of the first track to surface from Trophy Scars’ forthcoming and highly anticipated album, Holy Vacants, the New Jersey outfit is streaming another new track, entitled “Hagiophobia,” with our brothers and sisters over at Absolutepunk.

Much shorter than the previous song, “Qeres,” this new track still offers the signature sound that Trophy Scars have made their own over time with progressive blues rock layers and Jerry Jones’ distinctive vocals. While we find ourselves more partial to the epicness and instrumentation in “Qeres,” “Hagiophobia” is certainly a strong track in its own right and only furthers our excitement for Holy Vacants, for which according to AP, the band is “eying [sic] an October 29 digital release, with the vinyl reserved for Black Friday, November 29.”

You can stream “Hagiophobia” at the AP link provided or right here after the jump. The artwork (feature image) for Holy Vacants was created by This Will Destroy You guitarist, Chris King.
