UTG SESSION: Acoustic Performance & Interview With Nick Santino & The Northern Wind

When ‘The Up Close and Personal Tour’ came through Long Island, NY this past weekend, I couldn’t resist showing up to see a lineup stacked with 8123 artists. UTG TV caught up with Nick Santino & The Northern Wind (as well as This Century) to shoot some exclusive acoustic footage and conduct some interviews.

When you hear the name Nick Santino, you may automatically think about A Rocket To The Moon, but hopefully the following two songs will help demonstrate that his new project certainly has a lot to offer. Below the jump you can see the two acoustic songs we shot, including “The Story You Should Tell” as well as “It’s Alright.” Both songs were performed in the freezing cold outside of Revolution in Amityville, due to some scheduling conflicts and sound-checks. If you ask me, I’d say it gives the videos some character.

So get ready to hear some tunes and listen to Santino tell UTG how his transition has been in our exclusive interview. He talks about the band’s farewell tour, Nashville and how important his fans are to him. You can also see Nick’s upcoming tour dates.
