Marina are a five piece post hardcore outfit hailing all the way from Prague, Czech Republic. They released their debut album in the summer of last year, titled The Downpour. A few months later, they announced they would be dropping a follow up EP titled Transition. The band has finally revealed the details for the EP, as well as premiered the debut single for it.

Transition will be released physically and via Bandcamp on January 15. iTunes purchases will be available February 15. The first single is titled “Edge City,” and you can listen to it by checking below the jump.

If you are familiar with The Downpour, then you will notice right away that “Edge City” has a completely different sound. It’s a nice style change, and I can’t wait to hear more songs off the EP.
