Members Of I Declare War, Defiler & Ovid’s Withering Post Cover Of Slipknot Song

Jamie Hanks (I Declare War vocalist) and Chris Fugate (former I Declare War guitarist) teamed up with members of Defiler (Jake Pelzl) and Ovid’s Withering (JJ Polachek) to put together a cover of Slipknot’s “Everything Ends.” The song is taken from the band’s hugely popular sophomore album, Iowa. I Declare War have a different vocal style from Slipknot, and that fact is reflected in this cover. They put more of a “heavy metal” spin on it with all screaming vocals and growls. It’s almost like an entirely different song. What are your thoughts on the cover?
