Side Saddle Streams New Single, “Reverie”

If you recall our heartbreak over the loss of This Old Ghost late in 2013, the break-up was revealed with a side of bittersweet news. Frontman, Ian McGuinness, would continue working on his solo project, Side Saddle.

McGuinness recently uploaded a brand new single to his Soundcloud that will be featured on his forthcoming EP, entitled The Postcard, which is set to release on March 25. After listening to “Reverie” (many, many times) I think it’s safe to say that Side Saddle would have easily been in the running for a spot on our ‘5 Artists To Watch in 2014‘ feature. If you’re a fan of acts like Vance Joy, Port Isla, and Good Old War, I see no reason why you wouldn’t love the alt-folky sounds of Side Saddle.
