Warped Tour Reroutes Some Dates Due To Scheduling Conflicts

This year’s Warped Tour was expected to kick off in Salt Lake City June 13 and wrap things up in Texas in mid August. Unfortunately for some fans in those areas and Denver though, the dates have been flip flopped. According to a video released by Kevin Lyman, which you can watch below, scheduling conflicts with “friends” are to blame.

After a little bit of digging, it appears as though the Paramore/Fall Out Boy ‘Monumentour‘ might be to blame for the reroutes. They would have been in Texas at the same time as Warped, and even be at the same venue within a couple of days of each other. With such huge tours going through those cities I can see why they would want to move some dates around so they weren’t so close together.

It’s definitely a bummer for those fans who made their plans around their specific date, but rest assured that any tickets already purchased will be honored on the new date.
