Between Betty Who and Conor Oberst we were already beyond pleased with the day’s offering of new music, but our friends at Lambgoat discovered a new song from Animals As Leaders has been made available as well.

A new recording from Animals As Leaders allegedly titled “Lippincott” has leaked online and is currently available to stream at the end of this post. The offering continues the band’s efforts to push the envelope of instrumental metal, and if nothing else it should go a long way towards exciting fans for the band’s rumored 2014 album release.

I cannot tell you whether or not you will enjoy Animals As Leaders if you have never spent time with their music before now, but I can tell you they exist in a league entirely their own. You owe it to your ears to at least sample what they have to offer. Don’t hesitate. Just click below, close your eyes, and allow Animals As Leaders to take you on a sonic journey you won’t soon forget.
