Years Since The Storm Release “Parasite” Music Video

Those of you in need of some afternoon headbang material, rejoice! Years Since The Storm have released a new video for “Parasite.”

Arriving online earlier today, the official video for “Parasite” continues a multi-month promotional run for Years Since The Storm’s debut album. That record, titled Hopeless Shelter, hit stores back in March of this year. The video finds the band performing in a small space while a group of masked thugs (played by the various members of YSTS) plan a demolition dressed in all black. You can view the video below:

There is something very generic about this clip, and some may argue the same about the music (to an extent), but I have a soft spot for Years Since The Storm’s unique brand of brutality that I will happily support again and again. “Parasite” is only one of many standout tracks, and hopefully a wealth of new music fans will discover it now that a video exists.

Years Since The Storm recently wrapped their first full US tour of the year and will likely be announcing more dates soon. In the meantime, head over to iTunes and grab Hopeless Shelter if you like music that makes your bones rattle.
