The Unicorns Reissue ‘Who Will Cut Our Hair When We’re Gone?’ With Four Bonus Tracks

With their reunion shows taking place in just a few days, The Unicorns have released a reissue of their iconic 2003 album Who Will Cut Our Hair When We’re Gone? on iTunes and other digital retailers. The reissue sees the original tracks remastered and includes four bonus tracks, including a live version of “Haunted House” and a cover of Daniel Johnston’s “Rocketship.” It’s released on CD on August 26 and will get a limited-edition vinyl pressing that drops on October 7 via the band’s own Caterpillar Records via Redeye Distribution. Pre-orders are ongoing.

If you’re lucky enough to catch The Unicorns when they open for Arcade Fire or play at POP Montreal, godspeed. We can only imagine the ridiculous antics and fun that will ensue when the band’s full lineup from 2003-04–Nick Thorburn, Alden Penner, and Jamie Thompson–take the stage.
