Watch Greylag’s Mysterious Video for “Yours to Shake”

Last month, Portland trio Greylag put out one of our favorite folk rock albums of the year. The self-titled debut came out on Dead Oceans to fond reviews, and we couldn’t help but swoon ourselves upon hearing it in full. Now, a little after its release, the three are sharing a new video for the excellent single “Yours to Shake.”

The Band of Horses meets Fleet Foxes song gets an eerie undertow with the video. Directed by Ben Fee, the music video sees a woman in white running through the woods which are, conspicuously, filled with colorful strings, tarnished furniture, and some haunted memories. It’s beautifully shot and unfolds naturally, so we’ll keep quiet to let you watch what happens yourself.
