Late last year, after the release of their Rose EP, The Front Bottoms told of their plans to release a split 7″ with rapper GDP, who went out on tour with them for a week during their tour with Say Anything. While that was an unofficial announcement, the band officially announced the long-awaited split today, releasing on Run for Cover Records and Bar None Records.
The split, containing two songs from each artist, is to be released on April 18, better known as Record Store Day 2015. You can see the release flier below and read my review of Rose here.
