James Shotwell Under The Gun Review is sorry to have to inform all of our metalheads, but Seth Putnam, vocalist for legendary metal act Anal Cunt, has died. According to his publicist, Seth past away as a result of a heart attack. He was 43.
While this news is saddening, it is no secret that Putnam had struggled with drugs and addiction for many years. In fact, he recently cancelled an interviewed due to “meth hangover.”
Our thoughts are with the remaining members of Anal Cunt, their fans, their families, and the family of Seth Putnam. Rest in peace.
