Recent tests have proven that singer Amy Winehouse had no illegal drugs in her system when she died. Toxicology tests showed that “alcohol was present,” but it has not yet been determined if it was the factor that contributed to her death.
The 27-year-old was found dead in her London home on July 23, with an initial post-mortem failing to determine the cause of death.
The Winehouse family is awaiting the outcome of an inquest that is due to begin in October.
