Jacob Tender 
Late in the Playoffs quickly came to be a UTG favorite in 2011. Winning top EP on two of our staff’s year-end lists was a true indication that these Chicagoans are destined to make their mark on 2012.
The band recently played a short midwest tour to croon and swoon to dozens of lucky kids. Ending up in Massachusetts, the band was recorded playing their song “New Directions” acoustically at Johnny Cupcakes in Boston.
The band is currently recording a few songs with Gary Cioffi of the Maximum Sound Studio (Transit, Four Year Strong) in Boston. Click “Read more” for the video.
Jacob is a freelance writer who calls curbside.audio home. He is also the co-host of the Bantha Fodder podcast and helps UTG with technical and financial nonsense.
