Post-hardcore stalwarts Funeral For A Friend are continuing to gear up for the release of their sixth album Conduit today with the debut of the music video for their next single “The Distance”.
The track is a hooky, heavy, riffy return to form for the band. That said, I can’t help but feel like the clip is a more-brutal update on that one part of the video for Jimmy Eat World‘s “Sweetness”. Visually speaking, anyways.
Check out the video after the jump and you’ll see what I mean.
Conduit is scheduled for release on January 28th in the UK via Distiller Records and on February 5th in the US via The End Records.
