According to the most hypercritical news post I’ve seen made on a website other than UTG, HiM have signed to Razor & Tie Records. Their next album, Tears On Tape, will be released on April 30. At first, I thought that album title was just a play on sadder sounding music, but it turns out that it is actually the album title.
A tour is expected to be announced next week, according to the press release. Tears On Tape will be the first record the band has done since 2010’s Screamworks: Love in Theory and Practice released on Sire Records. Overall, fans have a reason to be happy for new music and a tour.

You’re getting the two “HIM”‘s mixed up. The real signing is for the alternative rock/goth band, HIM (all capitols). Your album choices and the lowercase ‘i’ in the name reference the Post-Rock band.
