Hit-Boy may have recently split from G.O.O.D. Music, but the Californian rapper can’t keep himself out of the studio. Thanks to an Instagram photo that went up this weekend, it seems he, Drake, and producer Noah “40” Shebib are working together for a new collaboration.
While not much information was released, the photo–which was shared by the HS87 general–had the hashtags #somewhereintoronto and #OVOHS87 attached. It seems fair to assume the three are working together for something that may show up on Drake’s third studio album, Nothing Was the Same, scheduled to be released September 17. Watch the album trailer here.
This photo went up several weeks after Hit-Boy released the video for his single “Jay-Z Interview Part II”. Pairing the single’s release along with this new Instagram photo raises hopes that it won’t be long before news of a new Hit-Boy album.
