At the end of August we brought you the new single from the Danish marvel, MØ, claiming that it may just be her best yet. It’s hard to choose of course but the addition of Diplo can push anything to the top.

Today, the braided badass released the visual accompaniment to “XXX 88” in a very 80s feeling video which features MØ reading a magazine in her room with a model-like Diplo gracing the cover. MØ then journeys out to the desert in style (presumably close to where Walter White buried his money) where she proceeds to get down with moves that would make Elaine Benes proud.

Not a whole lot about it makes any sense, but when you get to admire the eccentricity of MØ, making sense doesn’t matter one bit. Watch the video for “XXX 88” after the jump. The track will be released digitally on October 20 and will appear on MØ’s upcoming EP via Chess Club/RCA.
