Brand New Announce UK/Europe Tour, Saves The Day To Support

Brand New

Brand New has announced some tour dates in the UK beginning in April. As fans are sure to remember, the band cancelled European dates earlier this year, including appearances at Reading and Leeds Festivals due to “insurmountable personal issues.” The first six UK dates have been announced, and the band has confirmed that more mainland Europe dates are incoming.

In regard to the possibility of full-album sets at the European dates, the band claims that they “haven’t decided or committed” to performing their discography, but haven’t ruled it out either. Saves The Day will be joining Brand New for the European run. You can check out the tour dates and the tour poster after the jump, as well as a full statement from the band.

A quick announcement that we will officially be touring through Europe in April and May of 2014, starting with 8 shows through England/Scotland, and then a number more in Middle Earth.. errr, Middle Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Belgium.

There is some special O2 presale for some of these shows going up right now.

The general public tickets will go on December 20th at 9 am local time.

Tickets links for all shows will be rolled out over the coming weeks, and we will also be announcing opening acts and more specific dates in the near future.

In regards to the two album set lists we’ve played recently, we haven’t decided or committed to playing these sets in Europe, or for any other future tour, but it’s not impossible that it will happen. We’re not being cryptic, just letting you know in case you were wondering.

If you are one of the 3 people in France that still listen to us, we’re sorry, but the rest of your country didn’t want us there. Next time. We swear! Also, If you live in Ireland, we aren’t ignoring you, we just have something different planned for your little island in the near, or extremely distant future.

Lastly, we will be traveling in a Time and Relative Dimension in Space shaped tour bus for the first 8 shows to really get into the feel of things. Should be easy to spot. Talk soon.
