‘Entourage’ Movie Begins Filming

The wait is over, fellow Vincent Chase fans. The Entourage movie is finally underway.

Earlier this week, Entourage cast members and creator Doug Ellin began posting photos on social media to celebrate the start of production on the long-awaited cinematic continuation of the once popular HBO series. Jerry Ferrera, known for portraying Turtle (in his chubbier days), posted a call sheet, as well as group shot with several co-stars. You can view the images below. Additional behind-the-scenes photos from production can be found on JustJared, as well as The Hollywood Reporter.

FINALLY!!!

FINALLY!!!

Entourage is currently filming in Miami. Future shooting locations have yet to be revealed, but we assume the cast will eventually relocate to Los Angeles – aka the land of Ari Gold – as production moves forward.

The original HBO series, which followed the adventures of young actor and his friends in the city of Angels, debuted in 2004 to critical acclaim and strong ratings. Fans have demanded a film continuation since the series ended in 2011, but contract negotiations and scheduling conflicts between cast members lead to many delays.

No release date has been revealed for the Entourage movie. Follow UTG on Twitter for updates.
