The promotional run towards the release of Amber Pacific‘s comeback album continues this morning with the release of a new song titled “Next To Me.”
For those keeping count at home, this is the third Amber Pacific song we have been able to share in a week. “Next To Me” brings a solid argument to the table for ballad of the summer, with talk of growing up and the fears of taking risks that come with age. There is also plenty of references to love and loss, as well as the desire to one day connect again when everything comes to a close. It’s beautiful and quick, albeit pretty much guaranteed to make anyone whose lost a parent cry. You can stream the song below:
Amber Pacific’s reunion album, The Turn, was funded largely through contributions made to a recent Indiegogo campaign. The record will be released to digital retailers on July 29.
