Comedian Chelsea Handler famously left her popular late night show on E! earlier this year in order to enter into a new agreement with Netflix. That deal, which reportedly will give Handler her own original series sometime late next year, included the rights to at least one of Handler’s upcoming stand-up specials.
Today, Netflix released a teaser for Handler’s latest special, Uganda Be Kidding Me. The name is taken from the title of a book Handler released in March of this year, which also served as the name of her most recent US tour. The show, as you can probably guess, finds Handler detailing her recent trip to Africa, as well as her signature brand of unabashed honesty about life in general. You can view a clip from the special below.
Uganda Be Kidding Me premieres on Netflix October 10. Comment and let us know if you plan to watch Handler’s latest special.
