Toronto, Canada’s PUP are set to release their debut record next Tuesday, April 8, but you won’t have to wait until then to hear it. The album, which will be released through SideOneDummy Records, can be streamed in full after the break or over at Noisey.
For those unfamiliar with PUP’s music, the quartet fuse gruff punk of The Menzingers and early Fake Problems with anthemic indie rock in the vein of Weezer. Fans of any of those bands or the SideOneDummy roster in general are unlikely to be disappointed by excellent tracks like “Guilt Trip” and “Mabu.”
Pick up a copy of the self-titled release on CD or vinyl right here, and make sure to check out the band’s recent interview with UTG.
