Recovery has been on shelves for over a year, but that isn’t stopping it from continuing to shatter sales records worldwide.
Today it was revealed that Recovery has become the first album to digitally sell a million copies. Yes, not just a song, but the whole album has been purchased online over one million times, which is a first.
Paul Rosenberg had this to say:
“We are thrilled to congratulate Eminem on the history-making digital sales success of Recovery. Over the years we’ve made a concerted effort to engage Em’s online fan base so this achievement is especially rewarding. Eminem made an amazing album with Recovery and the fans responded in record numbers.”
Congratulations from all of us at UTG to you, Marshall Mathers. You deserve it.
